I booked ticket from make my trip from mumbai to delhi for **th february,** for two of my relatives who are senior citizens.
After reaching the airport they are being told that there ticket is cancelled and they do not have any booking.
After having talk with make my trip executive they asked us to book new ticket instantly and they would reimburse the cost for the same.
I have been in contact with them since then and got written confirmation that yes they would be making the reimbursement but they have not.
Its been * months now and they have even closed my issue.
Since months I have been trying to be in touch with them but they are not responding.
It has been mentally harassing for me since I have been literally on calls for hold for ** mins.
The amount of ** thousand is a very big amount for anybody and I really need my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
