Zoom car app - Regarding refund

I booked a car on **/**/**** but the driver was not present at the location . We went in compliant section through zoom car app but they told cancel your visit . We cancel but still we did not receive our refund . It was a reason of totally harassment so kindly requesting to take action and refund me.
