Hello,Please review the information below and start the refund process right away as we were unable to unlock the automobile and the attempt to get it to ride was unsuccessful. Additionally, we attempted a lot of chat support, but your customer service number is down. Please review the chat screen shots below. we were trying to connect to customer car for *-* hours of trying to reach customer service, we received no response. A mail was also dropped to customer service still there is no response.
It was just wastage of our valuable time and money. We want our refund back with compensation because this incident spoiled our day as well as our time and money.
