Zoom car app - REFUND ISSUE

Hi team,
We have booked a Car for Rental but the host has denied that the car was not available. So that we have cancelled the booking but till date we have not received any refund and there is no proper response from the Zoom team even though we have raised multiple requests over the app.
Requesting you to kindly help us with refund at the earliest.
