Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my booking scheduled for *:** PM on Friday, **th. The full payment for the vehicle was made in advance.
At the scheduled delivery time, no vehicle was delivered. Upon contacting your customer support team, I was provided with the driver’s contact number. However, when I called the driver, he clearly stated that he had no information about my booking. When I contacted customer service again, I was informed that the driver was “on the way,” yet the driver later confirmed he would take at least *.* hours to arrive.
This mismanagement, false assurances, and delivery failure caused extreme stress, loss of valuable time, and severe professional damage. I had an extremely important business meeting scheduled for a ₹* Crore (**,***,***) project, which I could not attend due to your company’s failure to provide the confirmed service. As a direct consequence, I have suffered substantial financial and reputational loss.
Such negligence and lack of coordination between your support team and driver is completely unacceptable. I therefore demand:
Immediate full refund of the booking amount.
Compensation for the severe inconvenience and financial loss incurred (₹* Crore business opportunity loss).
A written explanation for the service failure.
If this matter is not resolved within * days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum and pursuing legal remedies for damages caused by your service negligence.
I expect an urgent response and resolution.
