Jeeves Extended Warranty - Regarding refund of my tv money

My name is Deepak Kumar I had purchased one Marq by Flipkart tv **th oct **** and I took extended warranty from ** Oct **** to Oct ** **** and I got sound problem in my tv and we raised a complaint to Jeeves and they told part is not available to repair sound problem but they told they will issue the refund but till now I haven't received any money at all and so many times we called and mailed to the customer care but every time they are saying we have escalated your problem to the backend team but we never received any communication from them and so the money also iam filing this complaint to please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
