Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the extended warranty services for a cot purchased from Flipkart and installed by Jeeves.
At the time of installation, the Jeeves technician recommended an extended warranty, which I promptly purchased for Rs. ***. Unfortunately, my cot now requires termite protection and polishing. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jeeves' customer care through calls and emails, I have been consistently informed to wait for two working days for a response.
My initial request for service was made on December **th, and I am yet to receive any satisfactory resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
