Jeeves Extended Warranty - Extended warranty Service not provided

My Previous * grievance was closed on national consumer forum and Flipkart or Jeeves did not even have the courtesy to contact me before disposing that case. I do not know on what basis my concern was closed earlier. I had reported horizontal lines on the screen, which flipkart/jeeves could not explain how it came up and what was the technical reason behind the same. Also when the Jeeves rep came to my house for inspection all he did took some pictures after unmounting the TV. I had informed him about the screen bleeding but he did not say anything. Flipkart/ Jeeves should justify their case and explain me the technical reason behind the horizontal lines(that was reported initially) and that led to the screen bleeding. Also, I do not understand why should one purchase an extended warranty for **** rupees if he/she can not avail it when in need. They have closed my case stating as Burnt case , but my Led is still turning on then how come its burnt , if it was burnt then it would not power on .
Horizontal lines have been increasing on daily basis and there is small pin hole now on the panel .
