Vaibhav Gupta filed complaint against Jeeves Extended Warranty on May 16, 2025
I have purchased an AC of LG company from Flipkart on **-**-**** and it's installation is done by Flipkart's service provider Jeeves and on the day of installation I purchased a * years complete extended warranty plan for my Ac which start from **-**-**** and will end on **-**-****. And also while selling their extended warranty plan they telling us and also convencing us that this is a very profitable and complete extended warranty plan which make you tension free for your product for next * years because we manage all the issues in product from our side and also you will get * services for free every year (one wet/one dry). But when I call them for first wet service they deny it and saying we don't provide any service in warranty plans by arguing many times they ready to give only dry service,so this is also a fraud they do to us by saying about service they provide.
And now after using my AC last season when season is going to over i request for a service, their technician visited and did a dry service and we packed our AC.
Then this year on **-**-**** my grandmother had a cataract operation and dr. Tell her to stay in a very cool environment..so when she came home after operation we turned on our AC on **-**-**** and noticed that it's not cooling so I filed a complaint on jeeves for technician visit and repair and in next *-* days a technician visited and checked that gas is leaked from somewhere and leaved in hurry and submitted the successful visit in the company.Then next day I again call to jeeves and again file a complain for proper technician visit to check the issue properly and also check from where the gas leaked,did any part damage or what. But now it's more than ** days i still didn't getting any proper response or service from them. No technician is visiting and whenever I call them they are just giving me dates that technician will visit in next * days. Again after * days they tell technician will visit in next * days and it's going to be almost ** days I'm just getting dates but no proper solution to my problem.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
