As i got this message from Air asia that ur Flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons having PNR NO : F*ILYM. And Full amount refund has been processed Refund case no ******** . Now I request them pls refund the same at earliest so that i wll not suffer any more , and can book again ...they aren’t replying to my mail, complaint
