There is a booking in the name of Moumita Mukherjee, booking numbers ********* , ********* . As I can see the policy that the amount is fully refundable after cancellations but I have received the amount of these two bookings . Please help me out with this .
But it is showing the booking is non refundable if the cancellation received within * days prior to the arrival date , as the booking is on *rd of November it is * days prior as per calculations . So please refund the money as soon as possible .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
