Hind Verma filed complaint against Dell India Private Limited on Oct 10, 2020
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased one Laptop from Dell company from their website, at the time of order we have mentioned our company GST number, after ordered in Invoice they have not mentioned our company GST number. Without that number, we cannot credit our Input which is more than Rs ****.
We have mailed to dell customer mail two times and we have also called about this issue. But there are not listening to our query.
We have queried to update the invoice before collecting the product and also sent them about the proof, but they are not ready to update and accepting our request.
For reference, I have two mailed request numbers.
