We had booked Mumbai to Detroit flight through goibibio for * passengers and it was a connecting flight. Mumbai to Amsterdam and then Detroit. As one flight was operated by jet airways because of its shutdown got cancelled . We were not informed about cancellation n the page showed bookings confirmed. As the website displayed delta airlines we were unaware that it was jet flight so did not try to know about the flight status.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
