DTDC - Regarding False approach non delivery of the parcel misleading and lie of courier boy

Respected Sir,
with reference to the above mentioned subject I had ordered some dresses from various sellers of facebook live with online payment through phone pay .and was eagerly waiting to receive my parcel.but unfortunately the courier boy made cal on ** of August **** around ***:* pm while I'm in bathroom taking bath and I called back to him but he said he would come next day on Saturday ** but he neither came to the delivery spot nor called me and yesterday that's on *rd I recieved message of courier out for delivery but instead I got shocking message of unavailability of reciever where as it was true that I was at the pointed location please please sir as I' ve done prepaid payment it will be loss for me if I don't receive the parcel kindly do enough query and facilitate to get safe delivery of all parcelsmy parcel and save my money and oblige thanking you
