Bilasa filed complaint against Bharat Gas on Dec 3, 2017
Myself, a widow and daily wage worker was getting my gas service from Bharat Gas Agency, Nawabganj, Kanpur with consumer number ***** from **/**/****.
My subsidy of cylinder used to go in my Union Bank of India account number-***************, University branch, Kanpur.
The sunsidy till June is credited to my this account but after june the Bharat Gas People have changed my account number on their own and started sending my subsidy to an Indian Bank account number ****.
This Indian bank account number in neither mine nor I am aware about this account. When I go there they badly treat me and ask me to go and file complaint to the government and said its not his responsibility to see and check the account.
Please help me get mu current as well as previous subsidy in my account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
