Dear Agoda Custome Care Executive,
I booked a room through your website and booking refrence number was ********* & booking.com reservation number was ********** on **-**-** for * night and my room type was Delux Double room with balcony & sea view but I was given Delux room with small balcony and partial see.
I asked the hotel staff to give me the double delux room with balcony and full sea view but they refused to do so saying that your booking is for super delux room . They even refused to show me other hotel room saying that they are booked.
So you are requested to take up the matter with the hotel property and get the additional amount charged for Delux double room as booked by me on your web site refuded which is approximately *** dollars . (***-*** =***)(Hotel Bill mentioning Room Type Attached).
Also room was cleaned only twice during our stay siting some goverment rule of doing so but charged for full Bed Lineens fee , which should be then for two days only as they changed it twice instead of changing it every day for * days of our stay as we have to sleep of same bed linens. So addition linens charges of **.* @ **.* per day should also be refuded back by the hotel .
Also the hotel card machine was not working since I checked in & hotel staff was not able get it rectified in * days of my stay over . Due to this I have to arrange cash from local store as there was no ATM on island & have to pay approximatealy ** dollars more the local store @ * % as cash charges.
I told the hotel staff to bear this amount as this is not my fualt that thre card machine is not working as If small local store card machine was working why hotel machine was not working .But they did not pay any attention to my plea.
Also I have booked one more room in my name in same property with booking id ********* and booking .com id ********** on **-**-**** of Delux ROOM for my brother in law who made a last minute programme with at Delhi but was not able to board the flight as he did not got his covid PCR test results in time.
So I asked the hotel staff to cancel this booking or to show no check in as guest coming with has not been able to travel due to covid test report & I am not being able to cacel same due to roaming netwok & agoda web site issue as I was traveling by air . They said Tthat they will take up the matter with BOOKING .com and will revert. But during my check out they charged me the comission amount of Dollars **.**.They even refused to give me any recept of same but when strogaly demaded the same they write iot over my booking .
So you are requested to look in to the take up the matter and refund my extra charged amount of Room rent of *** dollars , Extra Bed Linens fee of **.* dollards, cash handling charges of approximatealy ** dollars and comission amount of Dollars **.* (Total ***.** dollars )

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
