PayTM - Regarding cancellation of my flight booking

I have booked flight ticket though Paytm recently Booking ID ********** and on *nd January
I was just checking the cancellation charges but it took me directly to cancel page without showing the cancellation charge (it is there app issue), I called Paytm customer care to hold this but they said you clicked on cancel, Now we can't do anything and disconnected the call twice, I have checked with the airline (Goair) (after *-* hours) they said you booking is still valid, I asked them to not cancel my flight but they said if the cancellation request come from Paytm we can't do anything kindly talk to Paytm as you have booked your ticket though Paytm. Cancellation was in progress till *rd Jan afternoon and it got confirmed at **:** PM, I wanted to travel on same day ** Jan and in same flight it was Paytm app fault it did't showed me the cancellation charge and deducted **** and refunded *** only.
