Dear Sir
Yesterday I was booked the Bus tkt from my Mobile no **********, Booking ID-GOBUSAND*****a*bb* For Tata to Dhanbad dt. **-Sep-****. (Bus ticket attached for your ref)
But unfortunately today morning around *am Bus operator called me and informed today Bus cancelled. But yet not received the refund in my account.
Kindly look into this matter and process the refund as soon as possible.
Note- Without Journey how can Bus operator complete the Journey. In Goibibo site it's showing Journey completed. Serious Matter
