Agoda - regarding booking of one way flight ticket inspite of my request for round trip flight tickets

I opted for ROUND TRIP flight tickets - Doha to Delhi and Delhi to Doha on **/**/**** and **/**/**** respectively for which I was charged Rs. *****.** but after few hours I got e-mails from AGODA - one confirming my flight booking from Delhi to Doha and other with the message "We had a problem processing one flight booking, and were unable to confirm the flight".
I have two big questions to ask; (*) when I opted for ROUND TRIP, why only RETURN TICKET was booked without my consent. (*) How can I come back from Delhi to Doha when I have no booked flight ticket from Doha to Delhi. Now if I cancel the booked ticket, as per cancellation policy, I will not get any refund.
