Anu Gupta filed complaint against Zomato on Feb 25, 2021
My order Id was **********I ordered a cake from Zomato on **th Feb, it was in a bad condition and I sent multiple mails regarding the same, for about a week. I still haven't received a response from the support team and would like to know if this is a tactic Zomato uses to trouble their customers and waste their time.
I firmly request receive a full compensation for this badly delivered cake and for all my time people at Zomato have made me waste by writing mails to them multiple times.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
