Jeeves And Flipkart - Refusing to repair my Mobile Device

I have purchased a ASUS ROG Phone * Ultimate from Flipkart with * year 'Complete mobile protection plan' from Jeeves. After a month the phone fell of my pocket and was physically damaged with broken screen and the phone was not turning on.

Then I filed a claim with Jeeves and I paid **** as non-refundable amount and gave the device to a pickup guy on Feb **.

But they refused my repair request and now they're telling to get a ** % refund which is **,***. Total value **,*** for * month usage

The reason the repair was unavailable as per them was "A part was unavailable at that moment".

This was communicated on a Mar **, Now it is more than ** days since that update has come but they're not even bothering to check it. They're now only asking for documents for refund although i had said a million times that i don't want a refund, just repair. It's like they're not even listening. Very unprofessional
