I had been using the GTPL Internet Broadband service in Janta Nagar, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. I had renewed my subscription for the Broadband services on *th January, *****. I was laid off from the company that I was working and was planning to return to Mumbai on **th March ****. When I wrote an email to GTPL to refund the balance amount because I am unable to use their services, they refused to refund the amount in the reply to my email.
