My internet stopped working since last ** days. I complaint in customer service portal of company also their appellate desk authority. Also visited their local center but it seems that company is keen to resolve problem and providing excuse of local area operator to whom they gave franchisee.
During this time, I lost my customer contract also I had to lease out co-working space and suffered financial loss due to internet unavalibility.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
