I take this connection on **.**.**** and transfer ****/- Rs one year subscription for this GTPL person guide me after get connection its start after one week and from **.**.** to still time it is not working GTPL not telling me when it is start i ask them to refund my money because you dont have technical team to resolve this problem but they refuse my request they reply me simply this is prepaid plan no refund i am trying to resolve and start my network but no any support from GTPL please help me to refund my money.
