I have purchase a plan for * years due to COVID situation . since one month I have internet issue and from last ** days it is not working whole day and i have raise complaint and they just resolved without confirmation or issue resolved. they are constantly saying wait for ** hours and nothing else.
Technical team is stating that they haven't received any complaint for it Customer service has resolve it from backend. However, customer service is saying that we have forwarded your request technical team resolved it
