So I ordered * sarees from snapdeal because, for a total of Rs. ****/- but I did not like the quality of them, and some were not the same as the mentioned colors etc. So i requested a return, which was rejected.
They do not have a customer service number and after trying for long and posting on twitter i got a call which said they will look into it. Then I get a email and call saying that they will not be able to take it back. For which I asked them for a reason. The customer service person refused to give me any reason stating time n again just one life - "We will not be able to take the order, even if you stay on call for half an hour I will give you the same answer the products cannot be returned." So i told him that according to * day return policy i am eligible for the same and that he should give me a reason for the refusal. He has not given an answer yet. Even their social media executives on twitter Avi and Parv say the same thing. My team has got in touch with you. But no one is giving me the reason.
As a customer I want to return this product they have left me sleepless and frustrated. SNAPDEAL has failed me time and again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
