I booked a package for Australia and I paid *.** lakhs amount. My visa got rejected. Now they are saying that they will refund only *.* lakhs and they are not refunding another amount. Makemytrip doesn't respond properly. It's almost two and a half month since Visa got rejected. So they give some reasons and escape. I am frustrated with makemytrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
