There was a missing order of veet wax strip and when I asked the delivery guy he said you have to pay the full amount and it will be delivered again then I reached out to customer service and yoi agents are so so unprofessional and disappointing, they couldn’t even help .
First I spoke to rohit he said it will not be delivered again and you will get the refund even after *days I haven’t received anything and today Zara assisted and firstly she didn’t hear the case and directly said she can’t do then she provided invalid coupon code and ended the conversation while I was typing. Trust me this is the worst customer support experience.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
