Amaron Batteries - Refusal of replacement of Amaron Battery within warranty period

I purchased Amaron Pro Bike Rider on **/**/**** with ** months warranty. Bike not getting started then checked for battery voltage & its below *v hence got it charged form a vendor the incidence took on way then visited the amaron shop in Kurichilakodu Vellattukudy Auto Agencies. I was told to give battery for checking without giving any alternative, so I asked shall I check at my end by removing battery for a day, and the agency said ok. so I checked twice and got it recharged through my bullet mechanic which proved that when disconnected from bike also battery get discharged. So I went to Amaron agency today(**.*.**). Agency said to leave the battery and get it checked from company, I said i cant leave the bike here as bike cannot run without battery. Then they said they are helpless, on my questioning for alternative battery agency said ok, after removing battery again agency said replacement of battery is not sure company may refuse. Then what is ** months warranty? without surety what kind of warranty is this? Hence I took back the bike with my battery.
