HARSH VARDHAN filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 18, 2018
Hello there. I ordered a bag on flipkart on **th july. Money was debited but order wasn’t placed. I contacted flipkart and they told me they will refund my money in * days. After * days i contacted them and they told me bank taked around *-** working days to refund the money, so i waited longer. After ** days they called me that you have to contact bank cuz flipkart hasn’t received any money. I contacted bank and they told me to wait for ** days. Now last night i got a message saying flipkart has confirmed us that payment was already settled with us on **th july and there is no way a fault on bank end so contact the merchant. When i contacted flipkart again, they are saying that bank is lying and both the transaction id and reference no they are providing is forged. You should contact the bank.
Now i am attaching the SS below. This hasn’t happened for the first time with flipkart. They are habitual offenders. Have done the same with me earlier. High level of unprofessionalism and cheating.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
