Suresh Rajendran filed complaint against Realme on Feb 1, 2023
I've been complaining stating that I have received a refurbished product and it's not working at all.
I've been telling right from the beginning that the phone already had pre-installed apps before I could install but the Poorvika team checked the IMEI number and said no, it was activated only on Jan **th.
Issues observed so far:
*. It doesn't charge quickly
*. It had pre-installed apps
*. For a normal youtube video phone hangs and auto-restarts automatically.
*. When the phone is rebooted it takes a lot of time to turn on.
My expectation is not to receive a refund for the product, instead I need a replacement of some other phone from the same Poorvika showroom. I'm happy to buy it by paying an extra amount too.
I'VE BEEN RECEIVING A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TILL DATE. Do you'll expect me to walk to the service centre and get this refurbished repaired and throw at the bin in a couple of days time making a customer loose **,***/-
When I write an email to the support team they ask me to contact the service centre, when I contact the service centre they abruptly say only mobile repairs would be done. You need to contact Poorvika for such issues.
