Ebay promotes refurbished mobiles and other electronics products that have seller or manufacturer warranty for limited period. This declaration by the seller is covered by Ebay guarantee . But if there is some problem with this limited warranty, then Ebay refuses to provide its guarantee of fair deal. I bought a tablet under * months manufacturer warranty but it was a faulty product.on going to service center, it turned out to be out of warranty product, on reporting to ebay, they didnt entertained my claim for replacement . it seems that Ebay in association with fradualent sellers is engaged in selling used and out of warranty products in the name of refurbished items.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
