I ordered * nokia phones worth **** on **/**/**** order no. (************) they sent me faulty items so I contacted them and asked for refund and they asked me to ship back the item, so I sent it back via shipment through delhivery AWB: ************. And it's been two months now they haven't given me the refund. Everytime I call them they say demand draft has been dispatched and will be delievered to within **-** days but I haven't received it yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
