I was doing online shopping on sunday **th Nov ****, but the same could not happen smoothly. I ordered for * items pricing of Rs. ***.**, ***.**, *** from my paytm wallet. As i needed to buy few urgent birthday gift I called the Executive of Ebay and the joke is the entire scenario does not reflect in the account and they call it a case of missing transaction. Post I explaining them all the details they said amount will get refunded in *-* days and each time i call them up or chat with them different ans are given. Its a mental stress given to me at the end because i dont know now how to manage gifts. Also, the last executive sudhir was quite rude, other two were still convincing. I just need my money back and request ebay to expedite the process as its not end users mistake.
