Hi,
We have been charged **,*** for an one way flight from Mumbai to Bangkok and Bangkok to Phuket, whose actual cost is **,*** . In in-voice they have mentioned **,*** as extra charges plus **** and when asked they are saying its some airplane charges. We got in touch with Jet Airways and Bangkok airways and they have sent us the travel certificate with the fare details and no where this is extra charges of **,*** plus **** is mentioned. They have clearly stated their fare charges. I have been talking with make my trip for last many days and they are not telling me anything. Just replying that its airline charges . I have been so disturbed because I missed my flight on **th August which cost me **,*** INR because of some unavoidable situation and on urgent basis I had to book the flight. We are already have face so much loss. They cheated us and now when we are asking about this extra amount charged to us they are just ignoring and blaming it on airlines.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
