On **rd MArch, while check in , hotel refused to do check in, due to covid issue, Full amount accepted by makemy trip on **nd March while booking. Initiated refund, however, till date customer care phones and email gives fake assurances of refund done from their end and asks customer to fight it out with the bank. It has been ** days and refund still not given
booking ID : NH*************.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
