I have consistently raised concerns regarding the course alignment and teaching methodology. Currently, the sessions require active parental involvement throughout, proving that the program is not designed for independent learning at a UKG developmental stage. Furthermore, there is a clear disconnect between the classroom content and the progress reports.
Most critically, the practice classes mix UKG beginners with students from higher grades. This creates an inappropriate pace, interaction level, and expectation standard for a child just starting to learn the language. Conducting these sessions entirely in the target language only further limits meaningful participation.
I flagged these issues with the teacher and counsellor immediately after the very first class, and subsequently logged them via formal group chats and support tickets. Each time, I was assured the matter would be resolved and was urged to keep attending. I acted in good faith based on those assurances. However, because no improvements were made, I have decided to withdraw. Citing a cancellation policy now is entirely unfair, given that organization actively framed to attend more classes by advising me to stay rather (* classes so far) than addressing my concerns. I expect the refund and don’t force to continue course.
