I enrolled myself in one of the programs offered by Intellipaat. A person contacted me on behalf of Intellipaat's finance team and provided me with the loan from Cred Fair. I started paying the EMI and paid five EMIs of Rs ****.Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wish to leave the course, and I emailed them about the cancellation of the course. They reverted back, and we connected on the call. They refused to cancel the program and refund the amount .
Now, I have to pay for the rest of the amount (Rs *****) if I don't want to continue the service.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
