Universal travels - Refunding Bus Operator Problem

Yesterday **.**PM i had booked Bus in Universal travel viva redbus for chennai to vedaraniam i have reached before ** min and waiting for the bus,The bus was delayed Then suddenly The bus crossed me i had called to universal travel "they said wait sir i will come " after a ** min i had called him then the avoided my calls in universal travels they told to me to wait then i had waited for * hour the i had called to them they told me that they were new to this service i dont know the location sorry sir,I tried to call universal travels for refund but they told morning **clk the amount will be refunded but in morning i called to them but they again * hour the amount will be refunded but it was not refunded and from **.** to **.** im tring to call them but last * hour it was busy only
