Universal Travels - accident

Travelling from vailankani to Bangalore through universal travels bus number **** *n *th night ...the accident took place near Chidambaram the driver ran the bus through the median and caused dangerous damage to the bus and commuters traveling through the bus were injured many people were injured but the travels never took any decision even after * hrs the TN police was called but the driver escaped and left people stranded on the streets while it was raining heavily we were all waiting outside for another bus to pick us all even after * hrs bus dint turn up ...no action was taken on the driver nor given any notice to the commuters all were were walking and waiting on the streets babies women were finding helpless ...the driver before informed all near vailankani that bus won't stop any where it will go non stop we were all starving without dinner and no stop for washroom...later the driver took the bus very rashly ...and banged against the median all were injured we were not boarded on proper bus too the other bus took us after * n half hrs later and left all commuters near hosur telling they don't have permit to move further to Bangalore we were made to get down and board local bus from hosur ...another agent of universal travels spoke very harshly without respect when asked and one of the women commuters took a picture of him so he told her if she takes his pics he will take her picture and spoil her future...this was a night mare we escaped on top of it only each other universal officials and related people of the travels were helping only their people to escape and ran away leaving the commuters on the streets ...Strict action has to be taken on the Universal travels and the agents and the driver ...
Kindly seal this travels sack the dirty rascals ..seal the travels universal travels is one of the dirtiest bus with no curtains washed and no window panes properly set and no curtains on the last sleeping beds ..
