I have booked the bus tickets on **th of Nov **** to travel to Chennai from Cuddalore on **nd of Nov **** for my wife and my kids.
On **nd of Nov my wife went to the bus stop to boarding into the reserved bus with my kids (kids are * year old and * years old)and waited for that particular bus, but that bus was not arrived there and when my wife call to the universal travels customer care number and enquirer about the bus, they just replied to her that bus was cancelled, When we asked them why didn’t given any prior information to us they were just ignored us. I kindly request you to register my complaint and give us the justification.
