Flipkart - Refundable amount not credited in bank account

I have paid ***** for my Flipkart order but the order is not placed. They assured that the amount will be refunded within * days but it didn't happen. On *th day I called the customer care, they said that the amount has been refunded by the seller and I should contact my bank to get help regarding this. I called the bank but they said if the amount is refunded it will reflect in my account and told me to contact the Flipkart authority and it's just rolling back and forth. It's a huge amount and I don't know what to do now.
