I booked an OYO room on **th of may **** but had to cancel it for some reasons on **st may ****. Since then it has been more than a month several emails two promises from Oyo Personal of refunding but not doing and making excuses.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
