Ordered one plus *T from amazon india, its a Defective phone in display fingerprint doesn't works. Technician confirmed Defective handset, i requested for refund not a replacement phone because i am really afraid to shop mobile phones online but the Amazon customer service are declining my refund request not rectifying there mistake how upsetting it is to get defective phone for the price of Rupees *****
Any help will be much appreciated to get my money
