We booked Himachal package with oyo and got the phone called from the company in Delhi hotel cannot provide you dinner for some reason. And they said we refund the dinner money ****/- for ** people to your account. But still we haven't get any refund.
It's more than ** days .we keep telling the sales executive in our city but he said refund team not responding. My booking PNR number :-PHXU**** .
