I had booked tickets for both onward and return trips, but both trips were cancelled. It has been around **–** days now, and I have not received any call or update from Paytm, and the travels owner has also not processed my refund.
The total amount is approximately ₹**** for both trips (up and down).
I kindly request you to process my refund as soon as possible or provide me with an update on the status. If there is further delay, I will be forced to file a formal complaint.
