stanza living - refund

so i took admission in a university in jaipur jecrc i'm from sikar and a company named stanza living is in partnership with this university providing hostels it has hostels in-campus and one out campus approximately *km away in which i was residing it's name was salalah house stanza living jaipur it's near ramchandrapura industrial area ,knr ventures, advance company ,sitapura jaipur i was earlier in a different pg but left then i came to know about this hostel and i took my room in it according to the tenure i came *-* months late so they reduced the amount of the contract from ****** to ****** which they promised then i lived there for months the contract was of * year but it actually contained *-* months my contract period was ** december **** to ** july **** but i left in the mid year college and hostel both on ** February **** because the college and hostel was of poor quality not worth it to continue with the hostel facilities were also getting bad like smelly rooms very poor quality food not eatable and the students started to order food from outside everyday and it also contained something strange just behind the hostel there was a sewage a large lake so the water came contaminated and bad quality and the area was ruined empty and not secure because of environment the staff was not helpful not getting proper facilities and the electricity charges were very high and corrupted that company looted me like there was common charges which was useless and high along with very high electricity bills which was becoming unsuitable to deposit everyday otherwise the light went off so i deposited instalment * of ***** first and then they demanded * instalment before the time so again i gave ***** for * instalment and one day they took my extra ***** just in the name of activating my stanza app because my app was not logging in due to any reason so they told to deposit this money to start it again and this extra amount will be included in your second year contract as they promised but i left early so it was of no use i already gave them more like ****** instead of ****** including only * instalments and along with extra ***** in advance for that next year but after that are again demanding *nd instalment after i left because according to their app my *nd instalment was not considered as *d instalment which i paid but still showing ***** remaining and asking for clearing the dues so their comapny policy is not giving refund but they refund the security deposit even if you leave mid contract it is according the their policy so i am not asking for my instalments which was unfair too and still showing uclear dues i already gave more money but lets keep it aside let them enjoy but i want my ***** rupees which was taken in advance which has nothing to do with this year contract i want it as security deposit refund or whatever they consider but they are denying of everything i even tried to ask for my remaining half year money because i left in mid year they denied i talked to hostel incharge he was not giving proper response and giving excuses i provided proofs to you as well as i also talked to him about these details i shared it with you as screenshots in which you can see my money details or you want any other evidence i can provide of every transactions which i already provided in also showing in their app but it is not appropriate they looted me so im asking not to refund my entire money or half year money but im just want my refund of those ***** rupees atleast i should get this because it's my right check all the details in the screenshot and provide me justice the company is a scam for me.
