Baggit india - refund

I purchased a Baggit Regina Green XL Laptop Tote Bag from Baggit’s official website on July **, ****. Since I was not satisfied with the product, I returned it. I have an email confirmation as proof that the company has received the returned product.
Despite this, my refund has not been processed. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company — their phone remains switched off, and my emails have gone unanswered.
This clearly shows negligence and deficiency of service on the part of Baggit. I request the consumer forum to take appropriate action to ensure I receive my refund along with compensation for the inconvenience caused.
