Baggit india - Delay in shipment of order and then order got cancelled by them no refund of amount received

I ordered three bags from baggit india website on October *,**** and since then i have been tracking my order daily and the updates consistently show messages such as “pickup reassigned” or “pickup rescheduled,” but the order remains unpicked. The order got automatically cancelled yesterday and there is no initiation of refund of amount or a message like that. I am worried if i will get my refund or not because they do not have any customer care number and i have been emailing them from past * days but there is no response from their side. This is quite disappointing. There is no other way i could contact them and get my refund or order whatever is possible as they do not reply to the email nor do they ship order and on tracking status order has been shown cancelled from their side.
