I purchased a Baggit purse online that was on sale on ** December. This was a prepaid order for which I received confirmation via WhatsApp. That was the first and last update on my order. I have called their customer care but they rarely respond. One time when someone answered, they mentioned the product is out of stock and it will be shipped once they restock. Post that no update and no responses. In fact the order is not even traceable on their website and there is no option to cancel or get a refund. I am thoroughly disappointed with this brand and totally lost trust in them. Honestly I feel cheated and there is no option at this point as they don’t respond to any of their social media, phone or emails.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
